Job Title: Sr. Scrum Master

Job duties & responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Document requirements as user stories, functional specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements for development teams.
• Support integration and implementation projects, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure deliverables meet business and quality expectations.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating stakeholder involvement, and validating solutions against requirements.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts that may impact the team’s performance and delivery.
• Ensure the team remains focused, motivated, and aligned toward achieving sprint and project goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for execution.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.

The minimum educational requirement for the role is a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related field, or the foreign equivalent of such a degree.
