Guiding candidates through the interview process, the remote Senior Recruiting Coordinator will manage scheduling, improve recruiting processes, and enhance stakeholder relationships while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Key responsibilities Coordinate all steps of the recruiting process, ensuring consistency and effective communication Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth recruitment experience Analyze recruiting data to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in processes Required qualifications 1+ years of coordination experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment Experience with a modern ATS, ideally Ashby, for managing candidate pipelines and scheduling interviews Proficiency with online collaboration tools such as Google Suite and Slack Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and executives Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
