About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead agile facilitation across multi-team and complex programs. You’ll mentor other Scrum Masters, drive continuous improvement in agile practices, and partner with Engineering Managers and Product Owners to strengthen team health and delivery. Healthcare, fintech, insurance, or other regulated industries is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate agile ceremonies for multi-team or complex programs
• Mentor Scrum Masters through pairing, coaching, and feedback
• Lead retrospectives and own team-level continuous improvement
• Coach teams on agile maturity and removing impediments
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and the RTE on team health and ART-level practices

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Scrum Master or agile facilitation experience, including senior-level work on multi-team programs
• Experience mentoring Scrum Masters and working in scaled agile environments
• Strong skills in agile metrics, team health diagnosis, and stakeholder communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

• SAFe SM, CSM, or PSM certification
• SAFe adoption experience
• Agile leadership in
