Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, create a welcoming experience for our clients, and help support the salon’s daily operations. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming salon experience. Book, confirm, and manage client appointments accurately. Answer phone calls and assist clients with scheduling and general inquiries. Prepare and serve beverages for clients. Maintain an organized and clean front desk and reception area. Assist with light cleaning tasks to help keep the salon orderly and presentable. Support the salon team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Communicate professionally with clients and team members. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and dependable. Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized with the ability to multitask. Comfortable using computers and appointment scheduling systems. Ability to maintain a clean and professional work environment. Previous receptionist, salon, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
