Responsibilities

• An automotive sales manager is responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles.
• Training and mentoring staff
• Ensuring customers can park on the lot by ensuring porters have moved vehicles
• Setting quotas for salespeople to obtain targets
• Appraising used car vehicles and partnering with used car manager/ GM on appraisals
• Structuring New and Used Car deals as necessary for maximum profits
• Holding accountability to the sales team for daily tasks and overdue tasks
• Responsible for assisting store to achieve the highest customer satisfaction index
• Perform typical managerial duties, such as organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals.
• Customer service skills must be excellent, and you're able to speak to anyone naturally.
• Responsible for achieving new and used car objectives
• Following processes store has in place and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• 3 years' experience in the Automotive industry
• Previous experience as New or Used Car Sales Manager (Required)
• Attention to detail
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record

Experience:

• New or Used Car Manager: 3 years (Required)
• Automotive Industry: 3 years (Required)
