Overview The Department of Heart, Blood, and Kidney Research at Cleveland Clinic Research seeks investigators who use multidisciplinary approaches to determine the underlying causes of and develop new treatments for cardiovascular, kidney, and blood diseases. The department focuses on cardio‑metabolism, vascular biology, atherosclerosis, thrombosis, arrhythmia, renal biology, and heart failure. Candidates will collaborate with a highly collaborative environment within the department and across more than 25 Departments and Centers at Cleveland Clinic Research. Qualifications Applicants should: have demonstrated expertise in mechanistic investigations and systems that include cellular, molecular, computational, animal model, and/or human clinical studies; be at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Staff level (equivalent to Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor); and be interested in contributing to the diversity and excellence of the academic community. Compensation & Benefits Salary ranges, based on AAMC benchmarks, are $130,000 to $300,000 depending on rank and experience. The actual compensation will be determined after considering work history, experience, and board certification. Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, and additional offerings provided by Cleveland Clinic.
