Laptop Repair Technician - Fort Worth TX START ASAP PROJECTED RELATED SURGE Location: Fort Worth, Texas (Onsite) 76140 Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: 8am - 7:30pm (8 hours shift required during this window, preference 8am-5pm) Job#: 3056036 Job Description Laptop Repair Technician - Fort Worth TX START ASAP PROJECTED RELATED SURGE MAX PAY = $24 / PER HOUR Location: Fort Worth, Texas (Onsite) 76140 Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: 8am - 7:30pm (8 hours shift required during this window, preference 8am-5pm) Role Overview Our client requires experienced repair technicians to address a backlog of laptops and desktops. In this role, you will diagnose hardware issues, replace non-functional components, and document devices that are beyond repair. This is a production-oriented position with a target of approximately six repairs per shift. The majority of devices are Dell, HPE, and Lenovo models. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair laptops and desktops at the component level, including motherboards, screens, keyboards, batteries, drives, and RAM. Record serial numbers, asset tags, and repair outcomes on paper tracking sheets. Identify and flag devices that are under warranty or cannot be repaired. Required Qualifications Hands-on laptop and desktop repair experience, with a preference for Dell, HPE, or Lenovo devices. Comfort working at a steady, production pace with attention to detail. Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. The ability to pass a background check and drug screen is required. Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or OEM credentials are a plus but not required.
