Key Responsibilities: Review lawsuits and legal pleadings to ensure legal sufficiency and compliance with jurisdictional requirements Analyze supporting documentation to determine viability of legal claims and readiness for suit or judgment Send and respond to written correspondence related to case matters, including disputes, settlements, and follow-ups Collaborate with legal assistants and court teams to maintain pace with volume-based targets Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking in the firm's internal systems Communicate as needed with supervising attorneys regarding case nuances or exceptions Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in civil litigation or collections is helpful but not required This is a salaried position with no billable hour requirement.
