Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations, fitness assessments, and goal-setting sessions according to club protocols
• Design safe, effective, and results-driven programs tailored to each client
• Instruct proper form, technique, and progression across strength, cardiovascular, mobility, and flexibility training
• Provide consistent motivation, accountability, and performance tracking
• Maintain accurate client records and measurable progress reports
• Build and sustain a loyal client base — whether by bringing your own clients or cultivating relationships within our community
• Promote personal training services with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
• Contribute to a fun, energetic, and inclusive training environment
• Stay current with industry trends, continuing education, and evolving best practices
• Lead by example by embodying a healthy, professional lifestyle

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
• CPR/AED Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
• Strong communication, hospitality and customer service skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow your book of business
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Nutrition coaching or group fitness certification is a plus
• Demonstrated personal commitment to health and wellness
• Ability to “wow” us with a 15-minute training demo
