Role Description The Certified Personal Trainer at Burn Boot Camp San Diego, CA will lead high-energy, circuit-style group training sessions, ensuring safe, effective, and motivating workouts for members of all fitness levels. This part-time, on-site role involves coaching proper exercise form, providing individualized modifications, and offering encouragement to help members build strength and confidence. The trainer will educate members on fitness fundamentals and healthy lifestyle habits, support a welcoming community environment, and collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized training space.
