Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Certified Personal Trainer at Burn Boot Camp's Columbia, MD location. The Personal Trainer will lead high-energy 45-minute camp-style workouts and provide personalized fitness instruction to members. Responsibilities include training participants on proper form and technique, motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and empowering workout environment. The trainer will also provide basic nutrition guidance to complement training programs and contribute to fostering a positive gym community. The trainer will be sales focused in wanting to grow the membership base and look to transform the lives of all those who walk through our doors.
